This course is designed to equip and develop leaders called to pastoral ministry. It provides biblical, theological, and practical training for those seeking to shepherd God’s people effectively. The course covers the biblical foundations of pastoral leadership, spiritual formation, church governance, counseling, conflict resolution, preaching, discipleship, and community engagement.
